This route is set up as an FKT. Fastest Known Time or FKT is a community-supported running website. Anyone can set up a route that is unique and historic and worthy of repeating. This route takes you past ten major Hollywood studios in Los Angeles from the valley from CBS Radford, past Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Walt Disney Studios, through Griffith Park into the heart of Hollywood along Netflix, Paramount, CBS TV City, and over to Culver City past Fox, Amazon (or Culver Studios) & Sony.

This route was created in May 2023 during the WGA writer’s strike as a way to support the collective action of Hollywood labor movements. A group of film & television writers and laborers ran the route along the picket lines in June, 2023. We also wanted to create a challenge for Hollywood writers, directors, producers, actors, teamsters, IATSE, and other workers in film and television. 

You may also run the route in reverse. The course is open to everyone interested in creating a Hollywood legacy!
